Website Maintenance Service Plans

Request Plan

Available to NC Web Solutions hosted website customers ONLY.

  • Work will be completed within 72 business hours.
  • Work is billed at $50 per hour with a minimum charge of $25.
  • Work is released to your website once invoice has been paid in full.

Retainer Plan

Contract and deposit required.

  • Work will be completed within 24 business hours.
  • Work will be billed to your retainer at a rate of $45 per hour with a minimum charge of $25.
  • Work is released immediately to your website upon completion.
  • Charges that exceed your retainer balance are billed at the same hourly rate.

Premium Plan

Contract along with quarterly or yearly pre-payment required.

  • Includes first priority service over other service requests and no minimum charges.
  • Includes up to 20 hours of maintenance service a month.
  • Includes FREE Linux or Windows Corporate Hosting package if hosting is needed.
  • Work will be completed within 12 hours.
  • Work is released immediately to your website upon completion.
  • The quarterly rate is $2400 ($40 per monthly service hour).
  • The yearly rate is $8400 ($35 per monthly service hour).
  • If you have different requirements a plan can be custom tailored to fit your needs.
